SSD ships worldwide, exceptions being Russia, North Korea and Iran.
Yes. Exception being our ammunition which is limited to Europe. Firearms also ship worldwide, but please note that shipping rates are higher than normal.
The checkout page of the SSD webside will automatically determine the VAT (also known as (Btw or MwSt) by using the shipping address entered. In Europe this is usually anywhere between 10-21% varying per country. If you have a VAT-number please don’t forget to add number in the checkout page as that will remove the VAT. (Changing this after the purchase is somewhat more difficult, so highly recommend doing this while ordering). Outside of the EU there will be no VAT added as non-EU puchases require no VAT. The application of tax is outside of the control of SSD.
It depends. SSD does it utmost to keep the website updated but it varies per product. Products such as bipods and other accessories are typically in stock. Optics typically take some 1-2 weeks to reach our warehouse. Custom firearms and ammunition can take roughly 1-4 months.
We had a limited number in stock and they were gone within a day. Unfortunately, the manufacturer is back ordered for many months (up to a year) and it is not likely this will improve any time soon. When back in stock, the Autotrickler will return to our website under ‘reloading equipment’.
We have a limited number in stock. If temporarily out of stock, we are typically resupplied within 2-3 weeks.
Usually this is because the specific credit card is not setup for international payments. Contact your bank to authorize payments to Europe, which is typically a very easy fix.

Import duty/tax
Some of our products (e.g. the ABR, SendiT level etc.) ship directly from the USA saving extra shipping costs and saving time in transit. Varying per individual country this product ships to, the customs department of the country of destination might add import duty/tax (also known as customs duty, tariff, import tax or import tariff). Typical import tax is around 5.63%. The application of tax is outside of the control of SSD.
